Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition. To start a return, email us at htnwobodo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to your original payment method.

We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
